AFIF RETURN & CANCELLATION POLICY

AFIF will only accept return of goods if the goods are damaged/defective when received

AFIF will only accept returns if received within 15 business days of delivery date

If AFIF made an error in order processing, we will accept returns and credit your customer account or provide a full refund

Returned goods must be in perfect condition and suitable for resale in order to receive a refund. This will be determined upon inspection of the returned goods. There will be no credit issued for goods that have been damaged or deteriorated in quality to the extent that they are not suitable for resale. 

You will be responsible for the shipping cost for your return, unless the goods are defective or we made an error in order processing.

We will not provide a refund for electronic products.

We will not provide a refund for Change of Mind
